This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services from TREVARA LLC. Your written quote or agreement may include additional terms.
1. Cancelling an appointment or session
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged a fee stated in your quote.
2. Ongoing engagements
Ongoing or recurring services can be cancelled with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed.
3. Refunds
Prepaid amounts for work not yet started are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Concerns about our work
If you are unhappy with any part of our work, tell us within 7 days and we will review it and, where reasonable, correct it at no extra cost.
